With over 30 years of leadership across the UAE and Gulf markets, Tony Alam is the strategic force behind BluGrass. His career spans sectors from IT to government advisory, with an unmatched network and deep understanding of how the region operates, both at the boardroom level and on the ground.
In his early career, Tony transformed CNS into a leading systems integrator, was named one of the Middle East’s top IT champions, and later led digital transformation programs as COO of ABAN Investments and CEO of Emitac Enterprise Solutions.
He founded BluGrass to bridge international expertise with local execution, offering clients a smarter, faster, and more grounded way to grow in the GCC.
