With over 40 years of leadership across the UAE and the Gulf, Tony Alam is the driving force behind BluGrass. He has guided organisations through transformation, operational improvement, and major technology initiatives, holding CEO, COO, and group managing roles across the region.
Early in his career he built CNS into a leading systems integrator. He went on to serve as COO of ABAN Investments and CEO of Emitac Enterprise Solutions, overseeing commercial performance and delivering complex programmes across government and enterprise. His work earned recognition among the Top 25 Middle East IT Champions and the Top 100 Business Leaders.
An alumnus of IMD in Switzerland and a certified Non-Executive Board Director through the Financial Times, Tony brings a disciplined, practical approach to leadership, governance, and performance. Fluent in Arabic and English, he founded BluGrass to help executives make informed technology decisions and achieve measurable results, without inflating budgets.
