With over 35 years of leadership in the UAE and Gulf, Tony Alam has led organizations through transformation, operational improvement, and major technology initiatives. His senior roles at CNS, ABAN Investments, and Emitac saw him oversee commercial performance and deliver complex projects across government and enterprise sectors. Tony’s work earned him recognition among the Top 25 Middle East IT Champions and the Top 100 Business Leaders in 2006.
An alumnus of IMD in Switzerland and a certified Non-Executive Board Director through the Financial Times, Tony brings a disciplined, practical approach to leadership, governance, and performance.

In his early career, Tony transformed CNS into a leading systems integrator, was named one of the Middle East’s top IT champions, and later led digital transformation programs as COO of ABAN Investments and CEO of Emitac Enterprise Solutions.
He founded BluGrass to bridge international expertise with local execution, offering clients a smarter, faster, and more grounded way to grow in the GCC.
