Founded in Dubai in 2018, BluGrass is a strategic advisory and execution platform led by a team with more than 40 years of Gulf experience and a track record of programmes worth hundreds of millions of dollars. We partner with government bodies, family groups and leading enterprises across the Gulf, from Saudi Arabia and the UAE to Qatar and Kuwait, aligning technology and AI ambitions with regional visions such as Saudi Vision 2030 and UAE Vision 2031. We are fully vendor-agnostic: we sell no software and represent no vendor, so our only interest is your outcome.
