We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Blugrass Technologies. As a sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in Dubai and the surrounding regions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management:
    • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to enhance team performance.
    • Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance feedback.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  2. Strategic Sales Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
    • Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients.
    • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
    • Define sales targets, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  3. Business Development:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that address client needs.
    • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions to promote company products and services.
  1. Sales Performance and Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics and key performance indicators.
    • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to recommend appropriate strategies.
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
    • Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the customer support team to address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on technology solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar role for 5+ years in the IT industry.
  • Strong record of accomplishment of achieving and exceeding sales targets. YOY revenue and target achieving proof is required.
  • Prior experience of dealing with government entities as customers is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Bilingual/ Arabic and English is a must.
